Chelsea Anderson, PhD, MPH

Post-doctoral fellow

Chelsea Anderson is a postdoctoral fellow in the behavioral and epidemiology research group. She conducts research on cancer survivors with the ultimate goal of improving health outcomes in this population.

Anderson studies how a person’s lifestyle and treatment influences their health and healthcare utilization after a cancer diagnosis. She is particularly interested in the diagnosis and management of non-cancer medical conditions among long-term cancer survivors. Additionally, she is interested in studying health outcomes among understudied cancer survivor populations, such as those with multiple primary cancer diagnoses.
