The American Cancer Society Great American Smokeout® event is always the third Thursday in November. Encourage tobacco users to choose this day to make a plan to quit, or to plan in advance and quit smoking that day. The American Cancer Society tobacco cessation materials are resources for you to help your employees take an important step toward a healthier life – one that can lead to reducing cancer risk.
